Connect your Session camera to the computer with the included USB cable.

Download and install GoPro Studio on your computer.

Your HERO4 Session is now updated to the latest software.

After restarting, reconnect the Session to the GoPro app.

Your camera will automatically begin installing the update and restarting.

I use it with a GoPro Hero4 Session and iPhone. I’m able to adjust my Protune settings and preview works too. Worked great I was able to install it without issue. The camera’s display will read “Downloading Update”. I paid for an app that is just a copy of the GoPro app with poor quality took forever for the camera to connect.

After agreeing to the disclaimer, your device will begin downloading the update and transferring to the Session camera.
